Well the guy getting kicked was in the process of hitting the other kid in the head after he was down.
Either way, the guy punching the kid on the ground got kicked in the head and the guy who kicked him in the head got knocked out.
Seems like everyone got what they deserved and we can all move on. Just boys being boys.

I actually know what the process is. LSUPD has jurisdiction since the fight originated on campus. They can identify and make an arrest. The assailants would be booked in Baton Rouge. They would likely go through pre-trial since they are high school kids (I’m assuming with no records). As part of pre-trial diversion they would be banned from campus.

Yes. How do you implement that ban? You going to post IDs of the kids all over campus? Stage officers to do ID checks on game days? High school kids got in a rumble. Don’t need the HOA Karen’s in here. There is literally zero ways to implant your plan that doesn’t cost tax payers dollars.

ETA The kid who was down wasn’t out, he wrapped around the blond kids neck after the head kick. He was still in the fight.

Apparently you have no idea how bans in a defined place works (in this case LSU). They don’t post photos and have pics of people around. You are trying to insinuate that I’m advocating for there to be checkpoints that look for this kids and make sure he doesn’t come on campus. That’s not what I’m saying and that’s not how bans work. You either know that and are just trying to be contrarian, or you are a moron.
The ban would be part of the pre-trial diversion. If the kid is caught on campus - whether it’s from him being involved in another altercation, or posts shite from him on campus then it’s a violation of his pre-trial. These bans literally happens every single day all over the state.
