Why the shite would I not do this?

Also, overall it definitely would be draining to do this but would be a big advantage to go into auto pilot and let the car do the driving 90% of the time.

That's essentially 16 hours of driving, 8 hours of sleep, for 90 days in a row. Could you do it? Would you do it?

Uh...yeah:

You drive some, nap some, drive some, nap some. You time your sleep to coincide with bad traffic times. Basically live out of your vehicle for a quarter of a year for 10
Million.

Lots of audiobooks and podcasts

Absolutely. I work with people who make that drive nightly for 6 months.

I have one but I'd still go out and get the Tesla with the longest range to make it as easy as possible.

No problems doing that whatsoever. That's $111k per day.

I'd pick up my own expenses.

I could do it, but I wouldn't enjoy it much past the 3rd or 4th trip.

If you make it past the first week, you can do 90 days easily. I had a guy who wasn't required to have an ELD device that would do Omaha to Denver roundtrips for me 6 days per week when he needed money.
