Agree to disagree. I’m frickin stoked for both college and nfl. So many great story lines and unknowns going into the seasons feel like it could be one of the best in awhile.

2020 has recalibrated my life in a big way and I don’t know if sports as escapism is viable anymore. It, like everything else, was poisoned by this toxic political climate

Hiking and fishing and working projects at home have replaced these hobbies

Is it over? No. But I think it is a very real possibility we see a shift in popularity this season.

These are addicts. Anyone who watches two full games of football during most weekends is an addict, and they won’t quit over this.

You’re out of your mind Jeffrey Lebowski. There are way too many capitalist pigs making a fortune off of ncaa and nfl football.

The bums will always lose, you hear me Mr Lebowski, the bums will always lose. I suggest you do what your parents did, get a job sir.

Spike in the virus will do it in this year.
It will come back very late 2020 or may have to wait until 2021 to resume.

Yup. Just started to get back into golf. Bought some new irons, new bag, and played the last two days I was off. Don’t have a problem going play 18 on Saturdays instead of watching sports. Also in the process of getting a house. Will have plenty of home improvement projects to work on. I never really liked professionally sports as it was anyway.

The NFL had 47 of the top 50 network broadcasts this year, and the PGA Tour just signed a new TV deal worth almost double their last one

BUT THE BAWS OF THE OT WILL BRING DOWN PROFESSIONAL SPORTS! ONE VIEWER AT A TIME!

Idiots

I mean I don’t care about bringing them down. These last 3 months have made me realize I can live without them just fine. And if they turn professional sports into an outlet to push bull shite political agendas, then I will
