He's not going to get attempted murder charges. That is absurd.
He will get some really bad charges and could definitely spend some time in jail, but this was not attempted murder. The intent was not to murder someone.

Funny thing is I was looking at Peyton Breaux's smug picture and reading the story about how he walked around trying to get a bunch of people to try Drano water bottle and thought to myself "this dude is a classic douche bag high school bully..."

All about the intent. A 17 year old knows drinking drano could kill someone. We don’t have any other facts besides hearsay (albeit hearsay from within the team).

well it wasn't murder, your understanding of the kids intent has zero influence on his charges. Clearly nobody else involved with investigation feels that he was out to murder classmates with Drano either
