You’ll have to find a way to forgive her, and yourself. At the end of the day, it’s for you, and no one else. Time helps, but you will have moments of sadness. Keep pushing forward. Why? Because you must. You can’t go back and undo anything that has been done, but you can change today and put yourself in a better position for tomorrow.

Excellent advice Will

how can you say this with a straight face? you've admitted she was cheating and you likely don't know how long it was going on.

How far along is she? you need to prepare your mind for it not being yours before you go full depression mode after you find out it's her co-worker's kid

The most important thing is to work out and get really jacked. Then, bang one of her friends.

I may as well prepare for it to be mine. If it’s not, then it’s not my child to raise. Given what all she and I have discussed, and the timeline, it makes sense for it to be mine. I’m not going to pretend it isn’t and be unprepared when the child comes. I do see a test in my future though.

Good googly moogly

You better get a DNA test before you sign anything.

But why does she want to have a baby with a dude she doesn’t want to be with?

It was a relationship, they begin and end. Move on and meet people and another will begin.

Just don’t marry, you get one shot, after that they’re too complicated.

Congrats on the rest of your life being totally open and up to you.

Except it sounds like it might not be.

He might be tied to his ex for a minimum of 18 more years.

You will have a tendency to be the nice guy hoping you can fix this relationship. Stop

Do not willingly jump into claiming you're the father without DNA testing. Doesn't mean you're an arse, but don't think being valiant gentleman now will save this relationship. She will move you around her chess board freely and to her benefit not yours. I know this.

she's manipulating you and she lied about the affair in the first place. you think she's telling the truth about the timeline?

She's only going to give you information that's beneficial to her

I’d bet it ain’t yours. She’s not running off this easy for no good reason.
I’d get a PI and figure out what’s going on. Get to the point and have closure.

Throw in some Jesus and gym and you’ll be perfect in no time. You’re already set up for the healing and success you just don’t know it yet.

That's what I was wondering. Dude told on himself for "emotionally cheating"

But I think this is the guy who gets black out drunk

My friend…. You have a new lease on life.
Get back to that gym and focus in on your job. Enjoy life. Remain civil as possible with ex wife and try to just leave it be.

If you are lonely, jump back into the game with a decent female. Godspeed on that part though.
