No, she has no clue what her pregnancy might bring. I was about that far along when my grandmother a few states away died and my doctor told me I shouldn't fly that close to my due date. Ended up missing her funeral.
And they should check with the airline, I think most have cutoff and will not allow pregnant women to fly after a certain point.

Most airlines have a policy where you can't fly after so many weeks and/or need medical note from their doctor to fly in the third trimester. I would not advise an 8 month pregnant woman fly and looks like they should cancel their trip.

Mrs Pimp flew to London with our oldest in her belly in early November and the baby came less than six weeks later. Probably not too smart.

I'd be more concerned about her giving birth in a foreign country than I would be about the actual flight.

If he lives in a higher elevation, I wouldn’t worry about it... go for it. Otherwise, domestically, wouldn’t worry much about it. International would be a bit much, IMO.

A little higher, but not too much. Altitude can trigger labor and cause other issues for people who live near sea level, FWIW.
