Florida neighbors can't bear the sight of nude gardener

Had an elderly neighbor who used to do this. It was one of those houses that was 3 feet from each other and all of our windows faced each other so you couldn’t help but see it all day, everyday. Good neighbor though. She grew some good tomatoes.

To the people that are complaining about this, this is how we end up with socialism/communism. Public decency laws and blue laws are no different than the awful speech codes they have in Europe.
You don't have a right to not be offended and even if you did, no rational person would argue that holds more value than somebody exercising rights in accordance with the non-aggression principle.
Situations like this call for ostracization socially not legally.

I don’t know what the neighbor is so upset about.
If i looked over and my neighbors were naked, i would just laugh. I wouldn’t care. I definitely wouldn’t call the police though.

It's his property, if he isn't breaking any laws then people can complain all they want, but it's his right.
If my older man neighbor was outside yard work, I just wouldn't pay any attention to it. As for as kids, I'd just tell them the truth in away to let them know it's legal, but not really acceptable..

I’ve gardened in the buff before. It’s very freeing. Au natúral.
But it’s in my backyard and my neighbors never come outside and then there are fences.
Probably wouldn’t do it where I could be seen. There’s manners involved. But a man on his own property should be free to do as he pleases and tell prying eyes to frick off.

It's not against the law to walk around showing your pecker to people in your yard? I always figured it was. Maybe that's a Florida thing
