It's crazy how much laws can vary.
I remember a story of a man who was naked in his own house, not doing anything lewd. The blinds on his front window were not closed, and he happened to walk past the window.
As he did, a parent and child happened to be walking by on the street, and the parent saw him through the window. They called the police, the guy was arrested, was punished in some way (I'm not sure if it was jail time), and had to register as a sex offender.

Okay, I found the story. I had the sentencing wrong. He was found guilty of indecent exposure, but was given no jail time and it didn't say anything about having to register as a sex offender. So I must have mixed that up with something else.
But he later appealed the ruling on principle and was later acquitted.

Probably wouldn’t do it where I could be seen. There’s manners involved. But a man on his own property should be free to do as he pleases and tell prying eyes to frick off.

I don't care if someone chooses to do this.
If they look good I'll be strategically doing my yard work at the same time. If not, then we'll be on separate schedules...
But I have to question the joy of doing this.
When I garden my knees burn from the hot mulch, and you couldn't walk on the hot driveway, not to mention all the little bugs and stuff that bite your arms.

i thought there were public exposure laws for all states anywhere you can be seen in public, including in your front yard?

Why can't people take care of these problems themselves anymore? Back in my day, if there was someone being a nuisance in the neighborhood, we burned their house down. Problem solved.

I feel much better now knowing it is legal to be naked in your yard. I swim in the buff every day, but I don't think anybody can see me.

It's amazing how someone is not bothering anybody and people get so bent out of shape. So you call the police because you don't like what your neighbor is doing. That's what's wrong with the country
