frick anyone in this thread that's ok with a couple performing a consensual sex act being branded as sex offender monsters and depriving them of their freedom by putting them in prison for a long arse time.
The sex offender registry is intended for criminals that have malicious sexual intent like rapists and child molesters, this couple has none of that and are clearly consensual adults.
It's a public disorder and a public nuisance offense to me so I would've given them two months, maybe one in the county jail, a hefty fine, some community service and then call it a day.

We'll sit down and have a discussion on how early in a child's life they are affected by "trauma", like having their parent's have sex in front of them (or throw in strangers). They can even be affect by things while in utero. I'm not speaking on the severity of the sentence, but let's not pretend it's "no big deal" that they did this in front of a child.

Lulz. I wonder how many R rated movies your child will sit through while you cover their eyes during "the bad parts". I'm sure the parents of the child were cognitive to the situation before the child was. There's no telling how many 3 year olds walk in on parents "wrestling".
