Those old arse women aren't the workers. They're the management who run the parlors. The workers are typically in their teens and 20s.
Most of them are here legally.

I used to work with a guy whose last name was Wang. One time my colleague had to say his full name on a conference call and she kind of gulped or swallowed after the first name before she said Wang. Like, it was really hard for her to say Wang and she had to steel herself.
