What level of triggering will this cause?
Admin, move to poli board if you see fit.

As a mark of respect for the memory of Reverend Billy Graham, I hereby order, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, that on the day of his interment, the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset on such day. I also direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same period at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities and naval vessels and stations.

Seems like a lot of tax payer money being spent on someone whose business paid none.

Up vote for the flag at half staff, downvote your dumb comment.

Billy Graham was a great, humble man who always knew it wasn't about him. He also wasn't afraid to look back and admit he made a mistake.
The only people triggered will be the real whiny usual suspects which no one pays any attention to anyway.

Does lowering the flag cost taxpayer money?

I wonder how long until the first #metoo accusation comes out against him.

The are still running his column in the paper.
Today he says that no matter what we know about medicine, "we'd still need to turn to God to deliver us from our final enemy---which is death."
Also, "No matter how often healing comes, some day we will all die."
They should shut it down with that one.

Are you lowering the flag, or only raising it to half staff? If you are only raising it half-way, then it should take less time and save money. Amirite?

What do you mean YOU PEOPLE???
But seriously though, I'm not saying I want to see one, just seems like the cool thing to do right now and I'm wondering if some woman or women will have the audacity to do it.

The people who lower the flag to half-staff are the same people who are already paid to take care of the flag or are paid to be working at that federal office.

All the way up... then lower slowly to half-staff. When doing evening colors, it's up to the top quickly (from half-staff) then lower slowly.
Billions of dollars in flag raising.
