re: Fitbit baws: Most steps you've gotten in a day?

Don't have a fitbit(Microsoft band). Most I ever got was 36K steps. It was the day before we moved from one house to another house 2 miles away with a moving truck. Made multiple trips from house to house with my jeep, just moving everything I could so only the big stuff needed to be moved with the moving van.
I don't focus too much on steps on my band though...mainly cause it doesn't reflect when I ride my bike. I can ride my bike 18 miles and it doesn't up the step count. Best bet is look at the calories you are burning on your band and not focus on steps.

19k. Also, this should be adjusted for age. Divide the number of steps by your age (minimum 10k steps). Lowest number wins. Me >> 292

27,000. Average 17,500 a day. Not doing anything at the camp last Saturday I had 22,000 and 54 flights of stairs
I know how you did this.. Awkwardly walking around and moving when you don't need to

17 million steps from all of those bench reps of 225 on a bet.
Won $1.7 million.

Don't worry, I'll be back to averaging 8k/day next week

No. You people must not have camps. "Not doing anything" just means I didn't go fishing. Had shite to do all day.

I ran a marathon last year with one, so...a shite ton. Don't really recall the number.
I ended up with 35 k on a day I ran a half marathon.

I think the most I got was about 27,600 or so.

Broke my personal record with 13,526 yesterday. Yet some people in our group weekly challenge end up with anywhere between 125,000-175,000 steps a week. Assuming 2500 steps a mile thats 10-14 miles a day. Don't see how its possible. Anyway what you baws got?
125k would be crazy. I have hit close to 40k in one day and that is the highest I have gotten in a day. I have the surge so mine actually has to move locations while moving back and forth to register. My average is about 15 to 20k a day on sidewalk jobs where I walk a block over and over again each day.

You're an OT level bullshitter

25k
People can add steps. Via adding exercise. So people are likely cheating.

Had a girl that was a mailwoman in London. Would hit 80-90k a day. Really motivated though.

You would get more steps walking a marathon.

I've seen people just shake their arm to add steps... so whatever anyone has just subtract like 3-5k for random movements it counts.
