Ran out of my favorite nespresso pods (replacements had been ordered and will arrive this afternoon) and had to use the weaker ones my wife likes. Not the same.

Netflix has done a crappy job of grouping their Christmas movies so I have to sort through all the movies looking for Christmas ones.

Reviewed my finances this morning. In order for me to allow my wife to continue working part time while she raises our infant, I have to make some budget cuts. No more quartlerly pest control service, no more buying a case of craft beer every week, no more buying any golf clubs I want just to "try out," no more eating out a few times a week just because I don't feel like cooking... I don't know how I'm going to survive this.

I wanted some hot chocolate but my wife had finished off the Hershey's syrup on some ice cream. I had to do it with an instant breakfast.

Oh, she's feeling the pain too. After I told her about all the cuts she said she's going to start picking up more hours and look for a full time job. We will see how quickly that happens though.
