This dude is the perfect Trojan Horse for this shite. He is older, weaker, and not an Olympic class athlete. He does well at womens regional competitions, but not world championship level events.
He probably won't medal. His personal best while pretending to be a woman is like 35KG lighter than the gold medalist in the 2016 Olympics.
He'll show up, finish like 8th, and the narrative will be "See!!! Transgender athletes don't have an unfair advantage!"
