I'm a pretty big festival guy and concert guy and I gotta say that you and your friends are a bunch of chads.

Anyway, beer lines are not bad. you can bring in an empty ice chest and stock up. VIP will get you some space to get away from crowds, but you will also not get the JF experience of crowds. If i were you, I'd pick one fairgrounds day and see see nothing bu night shows.
