Look at that....3 states on Mexico border NOT shaded on that map. California, New Mexico, and Arizona all have a large Hispanic population yet are not considered one of the dirtiest states.

I live in Colorado, our Hispanic population percentage is about 4 times what LA’s is yet our state is kept up much better than Louisiana.

I often randomly stop, put on a vest and clean up.
Especially the stretch between st Bernard and canal Blvd.
I've tried to adopt that stretch and the stretch between Loyola and Williams.

Louisiana is trashy as hell. It is embarrassing the Sportsman's Paradise is so full of litter. The outdoors is one of our selling points and it is trash.
