I feel bad for families who will be dealing with deaths of older loved ones just as world re-emerges from covid. No opportunity to maximize the last little time left for these folks passing away

It’s actually a pretty good juxtaposition.
Saved his life from COVID, died anyway.
Good example of why you need to assess overall mortality in certain age groups and why the average age of death from COVID was higher than the average life expectancy.
