'72 Toyota Corona 2-dr. Mom bought in '83 for $500. Lasted a year.

First one I bought was a 1994 Saturn SC2. I think I gave about 14 grand for it.

2003 Saturn L200, I think it was around $19,000. 20 years later and it’s still running.

1979 Ford Mustang Cobra
$7,900 including tax, title and license.
I worked my junior and senior years of high school. I was able to save $4,600 for a down payment. My parents paid the rest because I ended up with a full ride scholarship for college.

Some kind of Japanese car I bought while stationed in Japan. Co owned it with a friend who I went to Tech school with. Steering wheel on the right side, and the roads where opposite of the U.S. I don't think it could do 60. Four door, front wheel drive with no A/C. Bought it for 450.00 sold it for 300.00 when I left. It was pink and we painted it one afternoon with spray paint. Good times.

Wow, 1972 Chevy Nova here as well. Refurbished, 350 4bbl. Bought in 1980. $1200.

I’d give anything to have that car back.
