'72 Toyota Corona 2-dr. Mom bought in '83 for $500. Lasted a year.
First one I bought was a 1994 Saturn SC2. I think I gave about 14 grand for it.

1978 Chevy single cab, short wheel base, Big-10. In 1996 paid 900 bucks, the one truck I wish I still had. It was brown and beautiful.

When I was 15 I bought a 1978 CJ5 Golden Eagle for $2500. Still got it 21 years later.

I worked my junior and senior years of high school. I was able to save $4,600 for a down payment. My parents paid the rest because I ended up with a full ride scholarship for college.

Some kind of Japanese car I bought while stationed in Japan. Co owned it with a friend who I went to Tech school with. Steering wheel on the right side, and the roads where opposite of the U.S. I don't think it could do 60. Four door, front wheel drive with no A/C. Bought it for 450.00 sold it for 300.00 when I left. It was pink and we painted it one afternoon with spray paint. Good times.

Wow, 1972 Chevy Nova here as well. Refurbished, 350 4bbl. Bought in 1980. $1200.
