Pay attention folks:

Good ole Americans like the OP are for taking rapists/pedos out of jail and replacing them with people like the Fireside BBQ owner.

This is where we are today in this great country.

Keep voting Democrat! We are almost there!!

Amazing how fast the government turned everyone against one another. It sure as hell didn’t take much, did it?

If you’re in the industry, then you know this is bull. I have been to several restaurants and haven’t seen any in months that legitimately follow the guidelines of distance. Seating people next to each other at the bar, Seats directly next to other from opposite tables, Last night I was seated directly next to the entrance door with no mask. Maybe the industry should come together and actually stick up for themselves instead of letting the left dictate their pursuit of prosperity for them and their employees.

If this guy gives so little thought to the health of his customers, then you probably don’t want to eat the food. This place also seems pretty insignificant so no loss, really.

No, all it did was shine the light on what citizens hate their fellow Americans more than anything in the world. Now they can act on their hatred and be applauded for it.

Also, the governor for whatever reason has been gung-ho on closing bars and restaurants yet we still allow casinos where people are stationary and close contact even longer and, massages, Jiu jitso gyms, etc.

If I’m being honest I still want to fight him for his commentary about Overpass Merchant. That place is fricking delicious.

Or we could be realistic and realize this is the best marketing plan of all time

Yeah, but I am of the position that the government, political parties, and news media in particular have had a large hand in dividing America for their own gain over the years, and especially the media post cable news. It’s absurdly polarizing... If I say black, you say white. If I say up, you say down, and all because I said black and up. It’s just out of control, and no critical thinking is put into any of it because it’s driven by emotions.

It shows you have not read about this. The restaurant offers curbside to-go from masked and gloved employee if they CHOOSE. Additionally, the restaurant does not have people with guns forcing people to eat there.

You'll have to excuse Froman. He's never met a petty tyrant he didn't like. The state stepping on a business owner's neck makes him smile.

How did they penalize the restaurant?

All the restaurant had to do was go out of business.

I can't imagine that blatantly refusing to abide by a judge's order is going to turn out well, at least in the short term for sure. Don't they get a hearing in a couple of weeks where they can go argue their case? I could be wrong, but aren't ROs usually temporary until a hearing is had in court with both parties allowed to present their case as to why/why not it should be extended?
