I believe the fire there was actually caused by P-Beau's which had a fire like 2 weeks after it reopened.

A fire on a sub is a terrible thing to contemplate.
Things that go “boom” when they get hot, no where to run, uses up your finite supply of oxygen, ruins the ability to control the vessel, it’s fricking hot; just a lot of bad.
“Firehouse Subs” never worked for me as the terms (to me) together conjured badly.
