Fight in DT Baton Rouge, video in link

The Baton Rouge NAACP released a statement Monday after the video circulated on social media. In that video, officers intervened in a fight Friday night that appeared to involve two Black men and a group of white men trading blows.
In the video, a handful of officers were seen rushing in after the fight escalated.
As the video was shared around, several posts criticized the officers involved for their handling of the situation, specifically that it appeared only the Black men involved in the fight were immediately detained.
On Monday, the NAACP said it had raised concerns over the video with leadership at BRPD.
The department told WBRZ its review of the situation is ongoing. A spokesperson with the NAACP said at least one person was arrested after the fight.
Internal afairs investigation launched
Of course racism is at the forefront with a BRPD internal affairs investigation is launched.

Bc they were the aggressors when the cops showed up.
Had the cops strolled in one minute earlier they would’ve detained the white guy; and a minute before that the guy in all black only.

well dumbfricks, they cops didn't have a full video to watch and react to.
They walked up and saw two white guys on the ground, with two black guys over them, then saw one black guy try to death kick one guy on the ground.
No different then when you're 5 years old and the second person gets in trouble, not the first one.

Props to 8 for keeping it cool until he got hit.
Black clothes probably deserved the taser for the attempted kick to the head.
White guys probably needed a beating for continued instigation of fight. Just walk the frick away. Nothing good comes of it. Someone ends up dead, in jail, or having their lives ruined. But hey at least you got street cred

I thought the same thing, his hood rat homie couldn’t just walk away. The douche in shorts and t-shirt looked like he was antagonizing them, wish they’d just walked away.
But when old boy drop kicked the douches head, all bets are off. Not to mention he does that right as the cops arrive.

White shirt could have gone HAM on all of them but he was the most in control. Hopefully he was released once the situation was secured.
it looks like the cops went after the white guys towards the end of the video. Cops probably saw the incident too late and only saw the black guys on top of ppl.
Just like in sports, the officials rarely catch the guy who starts it first

Vadal Alexander wasn’t the one who started the shoving match, back in 2014 vs Bama. Vadal was the one who was penalized for it though.

Exactly. The article even states they believe just one was arrested and I would bet a lot of money it was the guy in black because he is actually committing a crime in front of the police.

By time cops got there, they were being the clear aggressors by a large margin. One of the cops is black lol.

Exactly. We don't know what the cops saw and can only assume that they at least saw what happened when the dude was on the ground with a black guy standing over him, trying to get away / get up. But people want to assume they saw the whole thing?
White dude pulled quite a sucker punch which started the whole fight.
