Have any of you ever been attacked by a bird?

This young woman fought an eagle to save her goose while her 4 month old was still breastfeeding. American women need to pay attention.

Had a good get after me pretty good while running at a park. I wanted to turn him in to dinner but there was an audience.

I've had to fend off a blue jay once walking my dog. I just witnessed a red tail hawk flee from two mocking birds that made the poor hawk drop his mouse he caught for lunch.

Was gone for a few days guess I should have checked it out. I have been attacked by birds before though they don't mess around. Savages.

Mods can delete this though cause birds aren't real.

In Oz those damn magpies would swoop down and take a peck at you. Happened to me a couple of times. Very protective of their nests. You would be riding your bike past a tree with the nest and they'll chase you down the block.

A mocking bird defending a nest in a tree near my garden nearly made be break my hip. The basket of squash and cucumbers raining down on me after I fell added insult to injury. I mean, the damn thing dive bombed my head and my natural reaction was to duck and swat my left arm....with the basket....about that time my right foot slipped out from under me and I went straight down on my right hip. The veggies went into the air and came down on top of me.

It was a harrowing experience.

At my old place the geese got bad one time and suddenly decided I couldn’t go near the lake.

Got my practice 9iron out and made an example of one. They learn pretty quick
