The part about the Federal Judge doing a drive by past the house after she signed the search warrant seems very odd to me. How often does a federal judge just happen to drive by a suspects house after she/he signs a search warrant. My bet in less than 1% of all cases does this happen

This is just an effort by a guilty person to muddy up the waters and get evidence thrown out. I don't care what judge signs the search warrant, if the bitch stole 30 million in taxpayer money from Medicare then she is going to jail for a long time.

well, yeah. When your clients are elderly and senile and sometimes close to death, they are easy targets.
I would imagine a lot of people don't get into the business to steal, but the temptation is great when they are cleaning someone's shite off the floor.
