I saw this video on March 22.
Certainly seems to fit. But he wasn't charged with profiteering.

I’m ALL about the free market, but price gouging is downright reprehensible
Bless your heart. Do you know how people become billionaires?

What an idiot. He could have easily sold saline bags for $500 a pop and called it the market rate.

I didn’t catch the memo when we become a socialist nation. I thought consumer could decide to buy or not buy and not need an FBI to tell me that I can’t buy from a over priced provider

So you're one of those dipshits from a couple of weeks ago. I hope you catch it and have the hospital that treats your dumb arse demand $200k "in demand" services.

So why does target charge more for the same good than Walmart?
The same good doesn't mean the same cost for good. Wal-Mart has 11,766 stores...Target has 1829 stores. Guess which one gets the better cost of goods.

Chop that guy's dick off and sell it in a Chinese wet market.

NJ doctor must have been out of network.

Doesn’t matter to his argument. He is saying prices should be level and stagnant across all retailers regardless of circumstance

Sorry you dont understand the scope of the problem. This situation isnt going away anytime soon on any continent. Profiteers are compounding an already uncontrollable problem.
But muh free market economy.

So in your opinion, those who are unaware should be threatened with a potentially deadly virus and/or bankrupted
Gotcha

about 1,000 N95 masks and other goods for $12,000
Well that's some good reporting there. What were the other goods? How many other goods?
I've seen the N95 on websites for $12 each. Not sure what they would have charged for 1,000, but without knowing what else was sold how do we know if he was even price gouging?

There are hundreds of millions of people worldwide going above and beyond what is expected of them without any expectation of a massive uptick in compensation. They have a moral compass and an IQ above 70.
Sorry you lack either.

It’s ok to admit you got emotional and wished harm upon someone for explaining how economics work to you and you didn’t like the answer.
By the way, my wife is an RN, my sister in law is an RN, and my sister is a pharmacist turned hospital exec
But please, go on

Good. Barr said later week at the PC “if you’re hoarding, expect a knock at your door.”
