I am not saying they aren't doing anything wrong but so far all that has been reported is that Norman owns part of a business that makes money. Until there is a follow up story about people getting favors for business it is a non issue and poor reporting to just throw this out there without any link to wrong doing.

Newell Normand has always been one crooked son of a bitch. It's no accident his mentor was a guy like Harry Lee and so far he's been a very fine protege of his in that regard. I just wish he would cut the bull shite and stop being a RINO and go back to being a democrat.

He released a statement. Statement said he is not under investigation. He had some info that the feds needed in order to investigate someone else. Feds are asking him not to make any other comments about it.

Never knew. Seemed like Normand was a stand up guy. I live on the northshore so don't know the ins and outs of jefferson parish but my dad used to work for NOPD and retired about 20 years ago. Wonder what his thoughts are on him. I knew all about Harry Lee.
