I am pretty sure his very creepy dad was still alive and living in that house at the time all of these women went missing. My money is on the dad being the killer. Or maybe both of them.
The dad produced some "snuff" films and other sadomasochistic porn. And one of the missing women is his ex-wife. All of the women seem to have gone missing when he wasn't in jail.
