Delgado has been a trolling son of a bitch lately, he's got this.

yeah and that feeds into the hands of an irrational actor like Gary (and his audience)

when you deal with these people, you can't play into that entertainment dynamic because it plays into their victim mentality. you have to be very serious and avoid easy lulz opportunities to build up big refutations

to put it another way, you have to keep it very simple and build a base of argument using yes/no questions to expose them. you can't just pick the low hanging fruit they constantly offer b/c you derail the conversation and let it get emotional and that's their dynamic. whether you win or not, once you get to that point, they "win" in the minds of their audience

I think it can be effective if used sparingly. It can make the debate a bit more dynamic.

Good luck with that. Gravy doesn't tie himself to ideas and flat out refuses to deal with any hypothetical situation. His fluidity in any situation is vital but you can damn well believe he'll try to nail Delgado down on everything he can.

Gravy already won this argument in his mind and the minds of his audience. That's why this whole thing will almost certainly be a waste of time.

If he doesn't call Gravy out the first goddamn time he uses the word "murdered" in relation to the Alton Sterling shooting then he's fricking up.

Wonder if he's gonna hit Gary on his lack of outrage on the Minnesota case with the white woman that was killed by a black cop that responded to her 911 call for help.

That's another losing argument as well.

Well that's basically the entire argument of the Alton Sterling case.

There's no point whatsoever in even having a debate if you aren't going to call out bullshite rhetoric that ignores the facts.

This will go just like every time Milo or Ben Shapiro debate SJW retards. The SJW will get his/her/it's arse kicked then claim victory.

As someone else said, Gravy has already won this in his mind.

John, I know you're reading this. You better call him out of every one of his misused words. You'll clean his fricking clock if you just stick to facts and logic.

I'm assuming they'll be debating at a neutral location because Gravy lives with his mom and John likely doesn't want Gravy putting dents in his floor.

I just want some laughs. Couldn't care less who "wins". We know Gravy is full of shite. We should put up Will Cover vs Kibbles as an undercard match. Or maybe mikelbr vs her and helmet instead.

Delgado isn't gonna get a word in edgewise. Gravy will constantly interrupt, talk over him and go into preacher mode.

No matter the outcome, I'm sure both will claim a victory. But, Gravy will point out that everything Delgado said was racist and a sign of systemic racism.

That's how debates work, you yell over your opponent to prove how right you are.

Which these people have already decided the outcome 5 mins after it happened. The fact is that these people have no interest in thinking otherwise. They legitimately think he was murdered for selling cd's, not reaching for a loaded gun in his pocket while trying to get away from the cops. Besides, Gravy has FAR to much invested in that case to ever back down from anything he's ever said about it. He's so invested in this for his own personal gain that when the DOJ decision turned out to be a flop for him, he went out and got arrested on purpose 3 days later with a hired film crew in tow.

That's why I said this will likely be a complete waste of time that will probably just deepen the rift.
