Me 262. First operational jet fighter. It could fly 120 mph faster than the Mustang.

Me 163 Komet. Only rocket powered fighter aircraft ever to be operational. The Me 262 is still my favorite though.

When my wife and I first moved to Alexandria we would go to England air force base at night and watch the a-10 warthogs take off and land on runway . Pretty darn cool . Now it's a stupid airport .
