So did the dead guy. Everyone needed to be killed. Even the dumb bitch that filmed her husbands death.

Pretty sure the shootee was a known turd in the community. Like the kinda hot-headed dbag the cops have multiple run ins a year with. I’ll leave it to the jury to decide fat and fat jr’s fate, but hot head dead and those two in jail is a win for society.

You can't see anything. First shot is at 2:10 though

In this case it is. Son had absolutely no reason to shoot. He shot because he wanted to be a tough guy.

Nothing but a lot of stupid in that video. But man, that woman's cries in the end and that fat pos telling her to get on the ground made me absolutely sick. I doubt they get off completely.

2018 was a bad year for neighbors.

2. This guy

fast forward 5 years and we have the guy asking if he should get his neighbor to pay because rainwater goes from one yard into his. Men were tougher back then.

If I'm on the jury, you're having a really tough time convincing me they were justified in staying engaged in that situation.

They weren’t charged with “staying engaged in a situation.” They have a right to stand there. They have a right to stand there holding guns. Bat boy does not have a right to explicitly threaten to kill them and then step within swinging range with a bat.

I mean your opinion that they weren't threatening with their weapons is one take I guess.

If defense can prove the dead guy pulled a weapon on dad and son, and that’s what caused the first shot then it’s self defense.

Otherwise.. although they had the right to be on public property they did not have the right to defense public property with deadly force.

This one is tough. Dead guy kept saying he was going to kill the son etc., so maybe he can prove he was in fear of his life. Idk now that I’m thinking on it

Standing there calm and collected with your gun is a bad look for being "fearful"

Let's be honest, those two were just waiting for the first hint of an excuse to shoot.

With a guy close to them ranting and threatening to kill them? They were holding their weapons pointed away from bat boy. Just possessing a weapon isn’t automatically threatening anyone.

Whose fault is t that that guy was close to them? Were they forced to stand there against their will?

Yea, all they did was stand there with weapons.

They aren’t required to be in actual fear. The standard is whether a reasonable person in their position would fear death or great bodily harm and deadly force was required to prevent the same.

Calm and collected looks a lot more reasonable than ranting with threats to kill someone.

The first witness called was APD Officer Anthony Joeris, who was the first officer on the scene after the shooting. Joeris described Howard's condition when he arrived in the alleyway saying part of his skull was missing and his brain was exposed and said Howard appeared incoherent.

Joeris "didn't think he [Howard] knew what was going on."

He was still alive?

And you'll have an extremely hard time getting a group of reasonable people to think what they did was justified.

Realistically though, have you ever had to schedule a special trash pick up with the city for something like that?

No, because I don't like having old furniture/ mattresses sitting by the road in front of my house for a month. I usually load it in my truck and bring it to the landfill myself.

Everyone’s entitled to their opinion. We’ll soon see if the jury agrees with yours.

I'm honestly shocked you can legitimately tell me those guys acted reasonably in your opinion.

ETA This is reasonable and calm to you
