You really could round up everyone with face and neck tattoos and crime would drop. And yes I get that 5% of those are just people who want to look like felons and aren't acutely felons themselves. But face tattoos show extreme poor judgment and at minimum should lead to sterilization.

Kayla Montgomery, 31, was indicted by the grand jury on a felony charge of theft by deception, alleging that she told state Health Department workers that Harmony was a member of her household from November 2019 to June 2, 2021, and that she received food stamp benefits for Harmony.

Correct both parents and even the step mom were all grads A screw ups at life. This poor child had no chance. Heartbreaking really. It’s very hard for a mother to lose custody so you know she was on drugs and. Maybe worse. Why did she go 6 months without seeing her kid. Why did it take 6 months to ask questions. Even without custody she still should have at least seen her or made attempts to, and if couldn’t I’m sure there’s some family services number to contact on that. And the step mom is a piece of shite too. Not turning her husband in when you know damn well she knew, and then Collecting welfare off a child she knew was dead. The biological producer of Harmony (I won’t call him a dad) is a real piece of work himself as you can see from his face tattoos. And he’s also apparently involved as a suspect in another unsolved murder from 2008. Jesus Christ man. I will do something nice for a kid today like the article asked in Harmony’s Memory.

Her little brother got adopted and the frickin judge gave harmonys custody back to that evil bastard. Everyone in her life failed her. Heart wrenching. Judge and cps workers deserve execution as well.

To this day, I cannot process how someone can kill their young child. Jesus, just drop them at my house.
