Fat women in mukbang videos - why is this even a thing?

I was browsing youtube and came across mukbang channels.Can anyone explain why people would watch a morbidly obese beast wolf down giant portion of gross food? Im not talking about people in eating competitions, im talking about people who are the living definition of gluttony and sloth and eat like this every day.
Seriously, there seems to be people who enjoy watching these gross gluttons as they shovel mass quantities of food in their faces as they slurp, smack, burp and fart. Is this some kind of fetish? What on earth is attractive about this??

Thats why i was merciful and didnt post pics. I cant watch them at all either. Its just too gross and disturbing.I cant understand why anyone would watch them or think they are attractive.

From what i understand, it is just gluttony in action. Its a person gobbling up a lot of food and filming it for others to watch.
It seems that the word mukbang is korean in orgin and translates to mean " eat" and "broadcast"

The funny part is that many of them call their channel a "weight loss journey" channel and yet somehow all they manage to do is gain weight.
I cant stand to watch any of them but i do enjoy watching other youtubers doing reaction videos and calling them out on their bs.
Chantal is the funniest. She tells her life stories while eating. One story involved her getting drunk and horny. While walking home alone afterwards, she came across a homeless dude and had sex with him on a rock by the waterfront. She has no shame and defended herself by saying "He didnt smell too homeless".
