1 mile? Not sure, never really ran it when I was running track. I was a 400m and 800m guy. I would assume it would have been around the 5 minute mark.

The longest I have ran at one time is 30 miles.

Maybe the question should be - fastest mile in the past month?

yes, because he is so famous and well known

Dude, the guy gives his fastest mile. You call him a liar. So he posts other times and gives the name of one of his high school teammates.

Your response instead of, "oh, maybe you were telling the truth" is to accuse him of trying to be a bad arse.

Don't be a dick.

only part im not proud of is the chugging of the 40oz. Chugging a 40 is a feat in itself but i could have done better. It was hot and foamy as frick. If i just had like a straw in the bottle it would have come out so much smoother

I ran my best half marathon earlier this year in 1:58:47.

I was stoked because i broke 2 hours, even if only barely.

not really though. i was a competitive runner 15 years ago and now all kind of my times down to second. A PR is just that a personal record. If you are serious about beating them...you will know them

This is "The Older I Get, the Faster I was" thread.

How many sub-4's we got? 15-20?

not doubting you bro

doubting the 5:43ers in 1997

those guys were not that competitive so I doubt they would have remembered those times

Think you could still do the sub 6 mile under the same conditions?

Think you could beat me in a mile right now?
