Family of teen with weed killed by police demand feds investigate

Supposing he did start driving toward the cop, was the only course of action to start shooting? No.

How does an autopsy determine if a car was moving?
Also, can we get a current pic of this guy? I absolutely hate it when they portray the people as little kids.

I don't know. I'm not sure this makes sense, though I'm not an expert on it. In other articles that I've read the officer claimed to be on the side of the vehicle when he shot at the suspect. He thought that he was going to get dragged under iirc. This is what he put down in his report. The suspect being shot in the back at least demonstrates that the cop lied on the police report.
