No, I but I believe he committed negligent homicide and then decided to go on a press tour about it, which is pretty goddamn stupid.

He was handed a gun that had previously fired live rounds. Then pointed it at someone and killed them.

There is no world I’m taking someone else’s word that gun isn’t loaded and just fire it at someone.

What really bothers me is that some of the AI characters took their masks off at the end.

Was my first thought as well.

The lady who was shot and the guy holding her from behind had their masks disappear while the other fellow standing there still had his on.

What a weird thing to put out.

Does tigerdroppings actually believe that Alec Baldwin decided to murder someone in the middle of a film?

I believe that if you point a gun at someone and pull the trigger, "I didn't know it was loaded" is not a valid defense.

If he was "shooting" at someone off camera, why was he shooting directly at someone?

This is exactly what I thought. Is this recreation accurate? Why did he take out the gun and shoot the lady in this case? Even if he validly thought the gun wasn't loaded, this is careless and sort of intentional. Why the hell is he firing a real gun (even if it were unloaded) at a crew member in the point blank range. If he was practicing drawing and shooting, you don't point it at someone right in front of you. frick baldwin.

The recreation is accurate to what I have heard from people I know in Hollywood. He drew the weapon, purposefully aimed it and pulled the trigger.

Would have been amazing if they did a real life recreation and accidentally shot someone else

The other brothers would have lined up for the role

The same reason actors need a person to stand across from them while they film closeups. The need the reaction and the ability to know where to look and what not.

He probably used her to aim because thats where the person will be standing for the film when they wouldve taken the shot from another angle.

In other words, you use what you can to make it look real so he probably didn't know it loaded and thought he was shooting blanks. He wanted to use someone to aim and make it look real so he just used someone off camera

Is it true Baldwin left after he saw her body and he immediately left to call his attorney?

I think a lot of people hate Alec and just want him to get in trouble.

He was shooting a scene in a film with what he assumed was an unloaded gun. It wasn't intentional.

If the roles were reversed and Joe Burrow had shot someone while filming a commercial everyone would be pointing the finger at whoever gave him the gun. Which is the person who is to blame for this.

You’re a fricking moron bro lol. Intentional or not, he pointed a gun at somebody with live rounds, and pulled the trigger resulting in somebody’s death.

I mean dude, what the frick? Such a dumbass thing to say, and what a random arse hypothetical to throw out. Not even sure why you’re bringing up a football player when somebody died here.

Well, they didn’t shoot somebody. So I would say no, it doesn’t fall on them.
