How do you prove the falsified part?

They are saying it’s notarized, I don’t even need the stuff. I’m gonna fight it on principle at this point

sounds like it's time to hire an attorney

He only had about 20k in items. They are dirt poor and would fight for pennies

real (non billboard) attorney ASAP. The longer you wait on stuff like this, the more difficult and troublesome it becomes.

Only if the lawyer knew it was falsified. Otherwise lawyer is entitled to rely on his client's word....(unless it is obvious) OP needs a lawyer, and possibly a handwriting expert...
ETA....sorry about your loss OP....

not correct

Uh....do tell how it is incorrect Shapiro...

I've personally known attorneys that have done this and it doesn't end well.
Posted on 6/15/21 at 8:36 pm to cable
The attorney didn't "do it". He just files a will for probate that his client brings it. I filed a succession today...had the client verify the petition for possession...but otherwise, took his word for it that the will he presented to me (that was in proper notarial form) was valid. Should I have done something else? Please tell me, as I'd hate to lose my license.....

So what should I do exactly cable? Will it be difficult to prove that it’s fake? I know for a fact if it’s notarized it would have to have been today or yesterday

Umm, should we be overlooking this tidbit of information?
