Yep. Saw an article a while back about a guy that got stuck deep in a cave in a tight spot and the people trying to rescue him couldn't before he died.

Yep, that's the one. According to Wiki, the landowner and the dead caver's family made the decision to seal off the entrance to keep people from entering and made it a tomb for John Edward Jones, age 26 who died after being trapped and unable to be rescued after getting stuck on Nov. 24, 2009.
