Face Reconstruction of Ramses II, based on the Pharoah's Mummy.
Pharaoh during Egypt's golden age, King Ramses II built more monuments and sired more children than any other Egyptian king. (1303–1213 BC).

I'm stuck on the preservation. Is that a real photo of the body? That's amazing.

Everything you love about ancient Egypt is because of white people.

He looks like an old neighbor I used to have. The guy was an alcoholic a-hole.

The Pharaohs were conquerors of the Egyptian people. Not from Egyptian lineage.
quote:
Experts have compared the DNA of Tutankhamun and modern Europeans. And it turned out that many of them are relatives of the pharaoh. DNA was compared according to the so-called haplogroups – characteristic sets of DNA fragments that are passed from generation to generation, remaining almost unchanged. Relatives of Tutankhamun were identified by a common haplogroup called R1b1a2.
This pharaonic R1b1a2 is common among European men, but is very rare among Egyptians. Only one percent of Egyptians carry the DNA. Researchers suggested that the ancestors of the kings of Egypt lived in the Europe, and some came to Egypt and became pharaohs.
