Nobody cares that people are gay in 2022. Go be gay and let businesses focus on making money. Who you like to have sex with should be irrelevant to Exxon
I've been working with the biggest east Texas redneck equipment operator all week and we got to talking politics. Even that dude was saying "I don't give a shite what you do in your bedroom"

The same people who cry about rules preventing LGBTLMNOP worship in the workplace lead the fight to make sure Christmas at the office is completely eliminated.
Imagine if during Christmas we tried to fly Christian flags outside the workplaces

Did they ban only blm and rainbow flags or basically everything? I think I already know the answer but….
And they also have all kinds of insane rules at their office in Houston.

Exxon updated company guidance on what flags can be displayed outside its offices, banning “external position flags” such as PRIDE and Black Lives Matter, according to the policy seen by Bloomberg News.
Of course, this totally not biased article could have said “…. such as MAGA and Blue Lives Matter, …” but that wouldn’t accurately reflect their totally not biased reason for writing this article.
