I'm going to guess the second (big) explosion was an LPG (liquified petroleum gas) tank igniting from the first fire.

Yeah that's what worries me.
Someone targeted their weapons storage facility and leveled parts of Beirut in the process.

Reports coming in that the Hospitals are now turning away hundreds of people who are injured with blood streaming down their faces because they are too full or the hospitals are too damaged to take them in.

Or, the fire was started through a clandestine operation that then set off the munitions stores in the facility. Israel, in the past, used a computer virus to cause nuclear facilities to overheat and explode. I could see spies or drones starting a fire in a munitions dump that grows out of control and detonates the ordinance stored there.
