AT&T isn’t great - I agree with that. But unfortunately it’s not the worst I’ve dealt with - believe it or not.

I'm in NW Louisiana, and I cannot check ATT voice mail. When I dial the voicemail number, I get the "all circuits are busy" recording. When I dial from my cell phone, I get nothing except for dead air.

I'm talking about the boston deal though, which was 2013. It's always been that way though. People want to trade liberty for security, etc.

3 different appointments just to get the right equipment. Service department can’t even take simple notes correctly. Cancelled a appointment with no notification. It doesn’t help that 95% of customer service can’t speak English.

AT&T is a conglomerate made up of 23 business entities of which phone, and internet services are only 2.
