Explosion at PBF in Chalmette

I don’t have any particulars on the incident but I saw and felt the explosion from the rooftop of the courthouse across the street. Hope everyone is ok.

My sister is a chemist there. She just text the family group to say she's ok. It must have been big.

I was working on a chiller on the courthouse and definitely felt it. When I looked up the fireball was over the stacks. My brother is my companies site supervisor there fortunately he was gone for the day and my company didn’t have anyone on site when it happened

If was a cat cracker it's fine. The wind is blowing HEAVILY towards the West Bank anyway. Any smell may improve that part of Algiers.
