I would say a fourth thing women prioritize for a mate is personality, which could include sense of humor, confidence, etc.
And you seem really invested in this topic. I certainly don’t have my head in the sand and would have no problem believing it, but my real world observations tell me this is affecting a minuscule portion of the population.
I also cannot envision women sharing a man on any kind of wide scale.

there is a large portion of the younger male population that is essentially excluded from romantic relationships (and sex)
at best, they will be seen as beta providers for 30-ish year old women with children from other men

IMO the incel movement is a byproduct of hookup culture, which commodifies sex to unprecedented levels among young people. Incels are simply the ones with something to sell but nobody is buying.
