I need to delete the all transactions except the most recent one. Is there a macro for that? TIA
Bet the old fricker isn’t even asking the question that he needs: where it is the most recent transactions of each ID #

Go to your Excel spreadsheet. Type alt + f4 then press enter when a prompt window pops up. Problem solved.

Last transaction could be from 2018 so doing that would delete what i need.

Home Tab --> Custom Sort
Under "Column", choose Date. Under "Order", choose "Newest to Oldest"
You now should be able to select and delete everything except the top row.
