Why does his face look like he is wearing makeup?

He should be freed and a statue erected.

Now that you mention it... his face and neck do not match.

The sergeant gave chase in his car and fired multiple rounds at the teens.

Yea, you can't do that.

No, but the judge certainly could’ve considered some context and gave a lesser sentence. He did society a big favor.

At least a community award for crime prevention... he saved a lot of people a lot of break-ins, repair bills and insurance claims.

100%. The conversation is never about how certain segments should just be normal and stop fricking with others and causing these ills like crime and other degeneracy.

Weird.

While what he did should be legal, he took things a little too far based on our nanny state laws.
This.

“Should be legal” and “legal” are two different things everyone should be aware of if they are confronting our society’s trash.

Ironic statement, given your defense of criminal actions by the defendant.

Yep. 54 years is outrageous for this.

Right. This guy didn’t go hunting for trouble. He just got really really pissed when some trash tried to steal his fricking Hyundai. If the trash leaves him alone, he isn’t in prison and nobody is dead. L

Vengeance versus punishment versus justice

All depends on who makes the rules.

The people responsible for the murder and injury are the ones engaging in criminal activity against one of their fellow citizens.

I'm glad they were shot. Shout it from the rooftops... messing with other people's shite can turn out deadly.

Its a murder and attempted murder--both of minors.

This guy would be getting mandatory life in prison Louisiana for this, FWIW.
