Just the opposite.
The cop, who was the stereotypical a-hole cop, is the one who shot my friend his brother.
My friend, Tim, wouldn't allow his brother in his house, esp. with his two kids (my sig image).
His brother kicked in the door, shot Tim in the face with a .45, then shot himself with the same pistol. frickING COWARD.
If that prick didn't take the easy way out, I would've walked to VA. and killed him. Plus, Tim's two beautiful kids were in the house.
Anyone reading this, please pray for my friend.

The Federal guidelines for mandatory time served is pretty strict. And as this was, literally, his second sentencing after this judge ruled his first sentence was too light, I cann't see him getting much reduction if any. This judge was pissed.
