it was for shooting a bullet that eventually ended up in a neighboring apartment... which was shot in response to being shot at
When I heard him testify that he shot because he thought he heard the BF shooting, and it came out he was shooting because the shots he heard came from other officers; I thought he was done
Also wonder how much it helped him that he testified on the stand that he was put into a situation where he had no details about the situation. Layout of the building, that there was an apartment on the other side of the wall, how many people were present...

My question asked a yes or no question, where the answer was clearly yes, yet you stated otherwise. The fact this cop was not the intended that shot her has ZERO relevance to my question.
