in the 70's there was a downtown Charleston 2-story bar facing the kanawha river that had a gay piano player on the second floor that was quite good. It was a members only bar by law and required the purchase of a 5$ membership card to enter.

So is pleading guilty to this less than possibly being found guilty of 1 to 4 counts of the originally charged - "four counts of sending obscene material to a minor"?
Article never mentions photos being found in her possession outside of her pleading guilty to them.

I think she's innocent and the kid didn't get anything. If you read the article they never had any physical contact.
