People complaining about being out of shape cause we’re in the south and it’s hot have no excuse. It has nothing to do with being in the south. You wake up at 5:30 am in july and it’s 75 degrees outside. Decent running weather.
People are just lazy pieces of shite in the south and dont want to get their arse out of bed early.

Was in Colorado last week and the ratio is reversed. Probably 1 fat for every normal
You don't seem to understand ratios. 1:1 isnt even close to inverse of 9:1
