Watch a movie with your kid. It won’t be the end of the world. Relax.. You’re welcome.

If you have any clue what your kids are doing during the day then you’re not working enough

Idiotic.

It’s not 1985.

There is so much great stuff out there on TV.

Your kids will get a lot more from watching Planet Earth II in 4K or 1080 HD in an hour than walking around in the typical McMansion subdivision.

What being involved in her life instead of letting the tv raise her?

Sounds like a great way to raise a socially awkward weirdo. Just join a cult, it'll be easier.

i’m sure people in the 1600s complained about wasting time watching plays at the local theater

TV shows made me the man I am today. I am not depriving my kids of the same.

Why stop there? Get rid of electricity and go full on Amish. Kids love a horse and bugg ride

Well he did say he's only working 8 hours a day. Must be an hourly gig.

You should try harder to just not sleep at all. Watching TV is more active than sleeping, chump.

OP, people were bored AS frick in the 19th century and before.

Farmers tended animals in the mornings, harvested crops once or twice a year and sowed them once or twice a year.

The rest of the time? BORING.

It's cool, all of my kids are on their iPhones too. Can't believe the 6 month old is already navigating it so well.
