2 companies I know received it aren't in the listing for Alabama, I'd assume they missed a whole bunch of others.
You may not know their LLC or business name their EIN is filed under. Tons of businesses have EIN's or work under umbrellas of something else.

So let's just elevate to the 30k view to alleviate your bias for one school. The And? as you said is only a blind fool could not see that books were cooked and manipulated to squeeze out free money from the Gubment.
You don’t know your arse from a hole in the ground here. PPP was not based on need, it was based on your monthly payroll amount for the amount received, and it was about using it on payroll and other expenses

Showing a need wasn’t a requirement for the loan or its forgiveness. Also, they were given at a time of great uncertainty, where the implications for many were up in the air.

I can vouch that the list is not accurate, I received PPP loan and it is not listed.
My company was listed last time I looked and we did not receive any funds.

I get it, you are an alum of Catholic or have a kid there. If you can't understand what I said then it's really no point in having this discussion.
Im not and understand what you are saying, it's just stupid.

Are you under the impression a private school pays all of its expenses and derives all of its revenue from tuition?

It saved all my employees, as well as myself. I was about to lose them all. I even sold my f350 to cover payroll and then got the funds 2 days later. Sure wish I wouldn’t have sold it but hindsight is 20/20 and I was scared for them and their families.

Not really the case at all. In fact, quite the opposite at the time of the initial applications. Many legit businesses that were doing well actually withdrew their applications because they were worried the government may come down on them with penalties if they couldn't show losses at the time.
Most of the fraud was not committed in the April, May, and June for the first and second round. Most of it was committed much after that when it appeared how much money and how easy it was to get, and that the government likely wasn't coming after most people.

You are gaslighting. The monthly payroll amount had to factor in if a school like Catholic already had that nut covered by pre-paid tuition and things like that. But because it was a free-for-all due to uncertainty, there were many loopholes that could be exploited. Get your head out of your arse and stop being obtuse.

He is under the assumption like many are that PPP was only for companies that “needed it”
He is the same person that screams at Trump for “PAYING SO LITTLE IN TAXES!!!”

That's excatly what's he's saying...he's an idiot
I assure you, Catholics bean counters crossed every t and dotted every i and worked closely with the bank to make sure they were falling within the guidelines that were changing almost daily...I didnt do shite...I let my CPA and banker fill in all the lines....I didnt want to mess up...all I had to do was prove them with some internal business info and list my expenses

Apply for amount based on payroll
Use amount for payroll and other expenses

This is a good point that needs to be repeated. No one knew what would happen. April 2020 was a shite show of uncertainty. Even if your business was not yet impacted at the time the first round came out, you had no way of knowing if it would be impacted in the future. The smart move for unaffected companies would be to preemptively take the money in case things went further south. I don't fault anyone for doing that.

If I were Catholic, I would be very very worried that my enrollment was going to drop 25% or more due to the pandemic causing a large drop in revenue.
And also explain what "things like that" are.

The bigger problem with the first round was how the banks processed applications. I know of two people who applied with a large bank who drug their feet on their application, and by the time they got to their application, there were no more funds available. I have n doubt there were some shenanigans going on behind the scenes with some banks on how they prioritized applications.
